The reason I asked is that my phone service isnt listed anywhere on Runescape and I think it said it gets added to phone bill and I was confused since if it was added to phone bill how would Jagex get it?. #-o

You go to party room in Falador with friends, and put items in the chest. Then you pull the lever. (Note: It either costs 500 or 1000 coins, cant remember which.) Then balloons fall, which u can pop to get a random item, or nothing from inside. Hope this helps! :thumbsup:
