Thats the reason I'm planing the design of my house now, so I don't have to rebuild it later.

I don't just want a functionally house. I also want to make house parties, and invite friends. I'll replace a bedroom with a costum room. I'll keep the parlour because I like to chill in front of the fireplace ;) The chapel has to be next to the entrance, when I train prayer I have cash enough, so don't think about that EDIT: I would like a formal garden with a fountain somewhere, but where exctly?

I'll just please the costum room next to a bed room. The parlour is on floor 0, if you havent seen it

I have to say that I disagree with you. It is also common sense that you're not allowed to scam other people, but they have to write in their rules, so they have a reason to ban you. It says nothing about ASCII, so they should not have a reason to punish!

lol it's funny to see the meaningless discussion I don't think it lags because 150k people are downloading new content. Everytime there is an update people have to download new content, and it doesn't cause lag. I think it's because Jagex' servers can't handle 150k people using the new graphics. They probably didn't calculate the servers specs well.
