Im a pure def and I wish to do cold war. But I have heared while useing a ring of recoil when killing the ice lords you get 40 attack xp. Im 39 xp to an attack level I was wondering if I use poison to kill it will I still get attack xp?

I made cammy tabs and made around 24m from 94-99 not sure if its the same today but i found it to be an ok way.
