It's pretty nice but: [*:1m0v6r37] ALWAYS save as .PNG [*:1m0v6r37] Add more detail / shading etc. [*:1m0v6r37] Fill up the background. I'll give a 7/10 Bcus I like the textbar idea.

Also, you should Stroke the text.

Icky, if your adding text, write the txt. Then go to Text Layer > Layer Style > Stroke and choose 1 or 2 pix, and a colour :). Should make txt look even better.
