I would like to see the cape trimmed if you already have two or more 99s. I prefer to wear it as it goes better with my normal fighting armour. However when they come out with more diaries, using another cape sounds like a good idea as well.

I am pretty much self sufficent. The only thing I buy is the stuff that comes from my kingdom (mainly tree seeds, maples and coal). I do however buy things that dont make much sense in wasting the time collecting. Those things are flax, vials, iron knives, wine of Zamarok, and some summoning items. Being self sufficent helps you get levels in many skills as i have 11 90+ skills.

I think everyone should riot so I can have all the good training spots to myself. None of the changes that everybody complains about really affected players like me. I never pked, never staked, never really merchanted much as I used most of what I made. People like me play the game to improve our characters skills not to see if we can kill or scam other players. I do enjoy seeing everyone upset over a silly game though. Seems a lot of people get upset over 5 bucks a month.

My ultimate goal would be to get 99 in each skill. In order to do that I rarely choose to do something that uses up all my cash and I always am doing skills and things that make money. Such as raising combat by doing slayer and making sure I collect the good herbs (to help herblore) and good drops (to sell to others or high alch). So I guess I skill to make money and then turn that stuff into better equipment (so combat goes faster) or into those money eating skills, (construction and summoning!!). I have never bought a single piece of non-essential equipment and most likely never will.

I always considered the best capes to be the capes that are impossible to be completely bought or as i call them the work skills. Those would be mining, agililty, fishing, theiving, woodcutting, runecrafting, farming and hunting. While I agree with others that some of this can be fairly easy such as fishing or woodcutting as you don't have to pay much attention, the rest require lots of work and time. That being said I would say the capes would be ranked this way in my opinion Runecrafting Agility Mining Farming Slayer Prayer Hunting Woodcutting Theiving Range other combat capes Quest The rest can all be bought fairly easy some cheaper and others.
