Pretty good, just work on the reflections. And you could add some more effect to the squares. 8/10 because I love your stuff. =P

Open control panel, click on fonts. Now go download a font from dafont.com and unzip it. Cut and paste the font files (the files with the icon of a letter on them) into the font folder under control panel :) I dont understand your first 2 questions though.
