should i wear a ring of wealth at avasiaries (sorry for spelling) or will it decrease my addy bar drops and increase rune drops? i've heard that runes are rarer on avasiaries than addy bars and it would increase rune drops.

i'm trying to get 70 def so i can kill avasires (sorry if i miss spelled) without prayer, what would be the fastest way to get my level up? also, should i get my strength from 67-70 so i can use great axe/ torag hammer for defense training?

the after the temple of ikov quest you get an armadyl pendant which is an armadyl item and it's free unlike the armadyl range stuff which is mills

Ok, i'm currently lvl 60 range and training at yaks, are their any better places to train? Please Post the xp per hour if you can. Please don't say anything like CHAOS ELEMENT, i'm looking for low lvl monsters with low ranged def.
