  1. I don't see how it's being lazy....My brother asked me to buy a D pick and lend it to him for 24 hour, said he was going for an all nighter to get to 90 minning....he burnt out after 12 straight hours of minning and tryed to give my pick back not knowing i wouldn't recieve it. And the lend system has been out for how long now and jagex hasn't fixed something as small yet annoying as this :wall:

  2. I lent my brother my d pick for 24 hours, after 12 he decided he was done minning and discarded it thinking it would give it back to me. But when i went to check my return box it still says i have to wait 12 hours to get my pick back. Is this normal or some sort of glitch?

  3. I have recently been trying some item flipping, I've been buying items at 2.5% below med and selling at 2.5% above mid. This strategy was reccomended by a friend whos made bills (with a b!) off of item flipping but it just hasn't seemed to be working for me. Any items I try either don't buy or take forever to sell, and yes I realize there is a 4 hour wait after buying. I was wondering if anybody had any tips to help me out, I'm currently working with a 25m cash pile.

  4. Disregard the above set up, Abby demons arn't strong at all with your levels and a unicorn tanking is no problem.

    You'll want to use

    Ahrim top & bottom

    Infinity hat

    Blessed Spirit Shield

    Staff of Light

    Infinity boots

    Arcane Stream

    Barrows gloves

    Mage cape.

  5. Uhm my 91 rc didn't take little time.. Nor was it not risky (I quitted playing shortly after the wilderness was removed, got to ~88 before the GE)..

And well don't tell me camping bandos is risky? I used to go a lot with a few friends while I still played (and I was lvl 100-110 back then).. And never ever died, it's a piece of cake.

But there is just 1 weird thing:

since the GE was removed, rcing has become the same, or slightly less profitable

yet GWD has become more profitable

THAT is the weird thing I see happening now: similar happened for mining, woodcutting, fishing..

On the other hand if you want to TRAIN some skill for combat (herblore, prayer) it becomes much more expensive..

These 2 facts mean that those who went for full-combat are getting ahead money-wise from those who went (first) to level skills. And now we're getting to a point that -the way to 99- it is completely stupid to go first for skilling, and try to get better in combat thanks to the skilling you did.. The only way is to go first for combat, and thanks to the money made from combat skilling becomes easier/faster.

These 2 paths leading to the same goal should, in my opinion, be of similar length..

You say rcing is risky what do you lose if you die....nothing. You say bandos isn't risky but you only go with a team, lag out while soloing him. And people that decided to go towards the combat side are the only ones that profit, you train one skill to make 1.5m an hour easy with no risk, while we need to train 8 skills to effectivly get the 2 mil an hour. In the time it takes to get 99 att, def, strength, range, mage, prayer, summoning, hp 91 you can get 99 rc no problem

  6. I've heard that using fire or earth surge on abby demons are a good way to train mage as well as being profitable. I was wondering if anybody had and gp or xp per hour stats for either spell

  7. My personal opion is bots need to be removed, it's unfair that people earn this easy money for no work while hurting the people that are working for their money, and high levels should be able to earn the amount we currently make. People always complain that they don't make very much money skilling. They make just as much as that 138 camping bandos, in proportion. Me and a couple friends can camp bandos for maybe 4 hours and make about 7 - 8mil profit. I've put in over 175 days in game to be able to earn that. Yet skillers complain that they're only making 300k an hour for 10 days in game. Skilling is good money, I got my first full set of bandos by skilling, i made well over 50m from 80 - 99 wc. It took no work click a tree come back a minute later.

If you take in all the factors money is fair.

    High levels

    - A ton of work went into gaining those levels

    - A ton of work went into making the money needed

    - Most boss trips we're risking a rediculous amount of money (a bit of lag could end up costing you 30m no problem)

    - A lot of attention needed

    - A lot of luck is involved, I've had dry streaks of upwards of 15 hours camping at bandos. (not counting resupplying, and getting kc)

    Skillers

    - Very little work

    - Very little money need to start

    - No risk

    - Very little attention needed

    - Garentueed money

  8. currently I'm about 1.8k crinsome charms from having enough for 99 summoning. I also need mage xp so I decided I would burst for the charms. The things I need to know is how many charms per 1k burst will I get? As well as how many burst and hour can I cast? And In every guide I've seen there has never been any mention of a familiar, should I bring one? and if so which?

  9. When ever I do my herb runs I always plant the Port Phasmatys herb patch first, recently it's been taking longer then the 75 minutes it is supposed to take. I planted at the Port Phasmatys herb patch over an hour and a half ago (90 minutes), and it still is in its last stages of growing. Yet my Falador patch which I planted second is fully grown...how does this make sense?...can somebody please tell me what is going on. This isn't the first time it's happened.

  10. TBH in no situation is a godsword the best thing for godwars, D Claws are best spec weapon there and whip + Dfs / Defender will usually do more damage then a godsword. Maybe in a 6+ man ffa where a lucky hit secures you a drop, but even then it's debatable

Dclaws is nice when you're in a melee team at say, Sara GWD, but if you don't have a ZGS spec to freeze her, you're asking for trouble.

Completely forgot about that :D....So 1 for sure situation is a godsword needed

  12. The good old days :)

I remember having to lend my brother full mithril which at the time was like 70% of my bank just so that he could beat the vampire from the vampire slayer quest...I told him i would literally murder him if he died and lost it lol... I think it's just the nostalgia, like with the old pokemon games...if you go back and plays those there kinda boring now but they just seem to be the greatest games ever invented imo. But the community does kinda seem worse, everyone seemed mroe friendly and willing to help you out back in the day, now it seems everyone is focused on getting the max xp or gp per hour and they have no time to have a conversation.

  13. Haven't fidured out how to beat the Wicked Witch (well, not really) at the end. Any vital clues I am missing out on? "Use ranged if you want to live," for instance?

    Don't use melee.

Have both ranged and mage attacks at the ready.

Don't be stupid(the one that fit me the best, took me 3 tries, 2 of them trying to claw her).

should be an easy fight if you can switch fast enough. Salamanders might make it particularly easy(as her switches are fast).

I just meleed her....had no problem at all used maybe 7 or 8 sharks
