One reason people tend not to lie people with high cb but low total is because their often arogant.(not saying everyone with high cb and low total is like that)

I think many people feel that summoning is to weak because jagex intended for summoning to be trained up with ur cb so of course a level 110 with 40 summoning will think it is underpowered
