Even if they are annnoying, they make the game better by helping reduce rule-breakers, I agree that they should be informed but not over and over again...

And no, ive never heard of a law about dumb people getting shot. And also, not every country follows the same laws as every other country in the world, so dosent matter if there was a law about it or not (which there obviously isnt anyway) so why bring it up? K.
