Controlled is useless with the flail, overall, it's not even good. Trust me, I got 70 strength with it from 65.
Dragon long/scim owns it.
flail is not for training -.- it should be used with the whole set not separately

you can easily do it with full rune, just take super set, lots of good food and a drag hally or a range weapon. Melee the 343 guy and after his dead lure the 223 and 274 to the lecturn. If u stand next to it they should get stuck and u can easily range or hally them without taking damage

Delrith has only like 7hp, you can beat him easily :

His combat stats are fine he just needs higher summ for bunyip, i have almost the same stats than he and i can stay there for a very long time ;)

i maged the barrelchest from the safespot, which is near the door

about 2h, use prayer when you go to tunnel, i think proselyte is better because it has better pray bonus and about extra weight: you can always try energy pots :thumbup:

i guess it's just based on luck, i killed a ranger who was killing yaks, got archer ring and obby cape :thumbsup: :thumbsup: he wasn't skulled and my items weren't worth 75k

that should do it, i can solo it easily with almost same stats. Just take full verac and Bob with food
