As for barrows progress, these are all my items after 144 chests:
Torag helm, ah hood, ah wand, ah skirt, karil skirt, karil xbow, guthan legs, guthan spear, verac legs, verac flail
I did do akrisae for the first 30 chests when I had those things that you can use on a chest to skip a barrows brother, but none after that cuz he's awful to fight. Kinda glad he didn't drop one of his pieces.
Works out to about 14.5 chests per item, isn't the long term-average supposed to be 16? Not too bad, I suppose. Or was it 12?

xp rates of LRC superheating with 95 mining (no urns, lava titan familiar)
Extra ores gained from 3 hours 16 minutes of perfect mining juju on concentrated gold:
0 coal
189 mithril ore
230 adamantite ore
38 runite ore
Seems you can't get coal from the spirit, just mith/addy/rune. No gold either.

Dark beasts are pretty solid combat xp/hr, as are waterfiends. Might be good to prefer them.
Ouch at having 200m mage and still needing 2 kalger titles.

Nice luck on the royal crossbow, I was at 150+ kills before I could complete one. My progress @ Zammy GWD is similar to yours - I just have hood and boots left.
Your clue luck seems disappointing so far, though. :P Not like we expect much from clues as ironmen... Actually, nobody does.

Ask me a few weeks ago when I would max and I would've said in a month or two, but idk if I'm burning out lately or what... Feeling a lot less desire to train skills I don't like much. I just want to slay or AFK mostly now.

This is awkward... That guy got permabanned a few days ago. Obliterated from hiscores. Don't know the details of the ban.

For power armour as far as slayer goes, you either use bandos (and mage/range equivalents) or malevolent (and mage/range equivs) because nex armor is barely less expensive than using T90 armor. Unless you're very rich, use T70 gwd armor.

Dem tassets lol. You'll get razorback gauntlets to last you forever if you prefer airut tasks, so bandos gloves aren't important. If you get boots, you could just quit bandos GWD instead of possibly trying for boots for a long time.
Semi-oddly enough, I never got a hilt. Have two full godsword blades now and no hilts.

Nice 1/42 drop rate, ironman luck continues
Ikr, some people in my clan thought I was *un*lucky for getting full bandos set in only 608 kills. I was like nonono, I am DEFINITELY on the lucky side.
I got trolled hard by 3 helms in a row about halfway through, though. And my first 4 drops were warshield, gloves, warshield, gloves.

Didn't get a pic of my graardor KC when I got my 1st bandos chestplate, but I know it was 608 kills since I immediately checked. Forgot to pic, whoops. Stayed for the rest of the instance and ended up with another bandos chestplate and 643 total kc:

Oh sorry low levelled, it was somewhere around 570 kills. I didn't keep track until I finished the set. :( Fast spawn keeps you going and going.

I've been into the smash bros scene lately myself, even though I don't play and have never played Sm4sh. Apex 2k15, particularly the melee/N64 parts of it, got me into the scene but I love watching sm4sh for glory streams on twitch.

yeah if you do a lot of non-slayer combat and don't cannon a lot, you could hit 200m all combats before 200m slay, always bugged me until EoC
