Go with Prossy, monk's robe's don't really matter. I'd also opt for a better cape, although Ardy Cape, SW, or a god cloak are the only things that come to mind. If you don't have any of those, you might as well ditch the cape, one less thing to worry about if you die. And you really shouldn't need food here by the way.
Take less prayer potions, you won't be able to store anything in your inventory with only one space. And bring some alchemy runes for those odd drops that they have.

hi guys im doing a iron drag run for some money (im low at the moment) and just wanted your opinion on my set up heres pic

minatours ftw range 2h is awsome combo but you need 70+ range

If you are f2p than these are your goals:
40 attack
75+ strenght
1 defence
40+ range
1 prayer
40 attack needed to wield rune weapons
75+ strenght the higher the better
1defence since you want to be a pure
40 range is most common for strenght pures because you can were the d-hide wich provides better defence than iron platelegs.
1 prayer. After some higher strenght 80+ you may concider to get 31 prayer for ultimate strenght.
Mage-ing in f2p isn't realy that good. But you can consider to get 55 magic. Do this so you won't gain constitution levels!
Bind is pretty good when your enemys run away from a fight and a safe spot is a long way.
You can watch video's on youtube. Just search for: "runescape strenght pure f2p" or something like that.
You will see some good tactics, learn and use

yea and if you get gems while mining put them in em too

do family crest if you havent then at the end ask for the gold smithing gauntlets then mine gold at crafting guild make into bars then in to baclets and high alch you make money instead of losse it

you defenitly not solo any exept giant mole but bandos kalphite queen with teams would be an option check some guides in archive of wisdom
