Let me take this a step further. Will it always work if I manage to gain an uneven amount of xp for attack?

Oh I Always thought it was three. Well my theorie still applies though right? Except the difference need to be dividable by 4.

skills lamp give xp equal to 10 times your level, so unless you have 1 attack no joy there No but maybe if I use a skill lamp on attack, I will end up with a number that I can correct. I need a difference between my attack and the other two that I can divide by three (each hit gives you 3 xp for the skill you're training). So if I get a difference of 6, 9, 12, 15, etc, it would work. Right? I'm not very good at math lol.

I'm f2p. I can't attack the sandwich lady either right? Perhaps there's another way? Maybe using skill lamps?

Hi, Call me neurotic, and I will call you right. Here's the situation: I like to keep the exact same amount xp for attack, strenght, and defence, and I fight controlled. I did dragon slayer, which caused my defence and strength to go up (as a reward) but not my attack. I tried to fix it, but now I have 75,152 xp in attack, and 75,153 in the other two. So I need a way to gain 1 xp in attack without gaining 1 xp in strength at defence at the same time (i.e. fighting controlled). A way to gain 2 xp in both strength and defence would also work. I know this is completely and utterly useless, but please help me think.

I got that yeah but can people attack you while you're already fighting someone else? And I thought there was a limit to the difference in combat level.

It's no problem I guess because I usually never lag, even with everything on the highest settings while running iTunes and msn. I don't know why I did this time because it was on low detail and no programs running.

Everything went almost fine this time. At one point I lagged a little and nearly died as a result but I did manage to kill him. In the animation he didn't use his shield when the dragon spewed fire but in the chat box it did say he did.

Oh it's a Dutch ISP called Casema, it never gives me trouble. Yes I have numorous other pages open. I'll just go try again in a minute after I restart my computer and put it on LD.

I have no clue what ISP is. Everytime it shuts down I have to unplug the modem to fix it so I've been doing that already. The annoying thing is that I can't tell if I fixed the problem until the internet shuts down.

I'll try again once I buy my armour back. I have been having this problem with my internet suddenly shutting off all day, but it doesn't slowly decline and lag, it just stopt suddenly.

So I was just fighting the dragon at the end, but my guy just kinda stood there and took the beating. I clicked attack all the time and he would stab the dragon once and then do nothing again. He didn't seem to be using his shield at all either. Then I lost connection and when I came back I was in Lumbridge with only 3 items left so I guess I died.

Wow some people take this game very serious.

How big are these merchant clans? Do they buy millions of an item?

Thanks. I'm not looking for a 100% guarantee. Just maybe some telltale signs that it may go up or down. EDIT: Can for instance the graphs on the runescape website tell me anything?

What are clan buy outs?

About 6 months ago I sold gold ore at the GE for 500gp per ore. Now it's at 479. Two days ago it was at 471. Why does it change? Is there any way to predict when it'll go back up? I suppose it has to do with supply and demand?

Ah ok. but I suppose it's not a 50/50 chance that it'll go down for each log?
