what about a fletchin skillcape?

i checked the prices and calculated everything and it turns out that willows for me where the best. i know that maples are faster and everything but the willows got me 10 more lvls with the money i had. instead of being lvl 81 with maples i would be 91 with willows. and i settled on buying 66k willows and im buring them at fog

im looking for the cheapest and not the fastest

so at my lvl how much money would i need to get a f/m skillcape and how should i do this?

if i have to little money for construction what else should i spend it on?

ok so my construction lvl is 20 :) and i got like 1mil should i use that money for training or should i use it to lvl construction? and if i have to use it on construction can someone give me a good layout of what the house will need to look like

ok i finaly got 70 def. i bought dharoks armour without the helm and great axe :(. anyway why is bandos higher than any other barrows armor when barrows has a higher lvl to be able to wear. and how else is a good way of making money to obtain bandos at all at my lvl ?
