  1. Goal achieved: all 60+ skills.

  2. Okay, thanks :) I looked for a place to put it, but apparently not hard enough! ^_^
  3. 34% of the way into the scan, and nothing found.
  4. It's a different page. I'm running a full-computer scan right now, but they run all the time anyway, so I am not sure what else will come up. If nothing comes up, I will try what you said. Thanks!
  5. McAfee. I should probably add that it never happens with any other site, just with Tip It.
  6. Or rummaging the skeletons by the waterfiends. To add, I've read before that you can run away from the Barbarian Spirit and still complete the diary (the lighting of the pyre is the important part) ~Sirus Yes, this is true. The diary marks as complete after you have pushed the pyre in (when it is fully constructed) and fighting the spirit does nothing further.
  7. Every so often on Tip It, I will click a link, and before I know it, my page will be somewhere else entirely. I don't mean somewhere else on Tip It, I mean somewhere else on the web. Usually my anti-virus will catch it and prevent me from going all the way to the page, but even with that, it's still a major pain. Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a way to stop it?
  8. All right, thanks everyone. My brother falsely told me they were in multi-combat, but still, I am VERY grateful for the responses. As of right now, I have killed one and am on my way to finishing the diary :)
  9. At this point in time, I need to finish my Fremennik hard diary so that I can begin the new quest and get my quest cape back. Unfortunately, this diary includes killing a Mithril dragon (repeatedly, as well, to get chewed bones) so I ask this question: If another person and I both fight the dragon and kill it, will I get a kill credit for my diary?
  10. I'm actually referring to the line "(Don't leave yet, you will want to speak to him again to unlock the Elite tasks!)" that appears under the All Hard Tasks Complete heading. It's not a big deal, obviously, but I wanted to point out that you don't have to talk to him a second time. Once you have all of the tasks done in easy, medium and hard, he will automatically offer the elite tasks when you get your reward for the hard. Like I said, not a big deal :)
  11. You do not have to speak to Aleck twice in order to get Elite tasks. He now give them to you after you have completed the hard tasks, if you agree to it within the conversation.
  12. I wanted to help, but didn't know where to put it. I can definitely do that next release date though :)
  13. Hm...yes, I see this now. I was so distraught over it happening I completely missed that. Definitely an oblivious moment for me ^_~
  14. Here is the whole guide from start to finish. Sorry about the one earlier! Items needed: Money for carpet rides, Rope, tele-grab runes (can be obtained during quest by looting crates, but is advisable to bring your own), Suggested: armor, food, anti-dragon fire potion, anti-dragon shield, House in Pollnivneach, Digsite Pendant (can be obtained during quest), prayer potions, Speak to Ali the Wise in his house at the north end of Nardah. Nardah can be reached by riding the magic carpets to Pollnivneach, and then going south to take the next carpet to Nardah. Upon speaking to Ali the Wise, he will ask you your opinion about the two factions of Mahjarrat. Selecting Zaros as being a worthy deity will result in Ali’s agreement, and he will continue to ask you about the Zamorakian Mahjarrats. If you select that they pose a clear threat, he will again agree with you, and bring up the subject of an old contact of his: Dr. Nabanik. Ali tells you that Dr. Nabanik has heard of your adventures, and would like your help at the Digsite Exam Center. The Digsite entrance is south-west of varrock (directly north of Al Kharid). If you ask for help, Ali will give you a Digsite Pendant, which teleports you north of the exam center. Head to the Exam Center located at the south end of the Digsite and speak to Dr. Nabanik, who is wandering outside the Center. He mentions that he has changed since your encounter with him under the pyramid. If you ask why you are speaking so softly, he will claim not to want undue attention. You will discover that he is Azzanadra in disguise. Go through the chat options. The Dr. wants help in being reunited with his lord, and need you to get the Digsite workers to accept him and help him. Since you already have their trust, he asks you to go to the archaeological expert and get a certificate for working at the Digsite. The expert is in the exam center towards the south. Tell the expert you are there about a close friend, Dr. Nabanik, and suggest you could be his reference. Add that you have seen the beetles, and they are huge. The expert will ask what exactly Nabanik does. Select the option about studying pyramids and their interiors. Then, let on that Nabanik was involved in recovering desert treasure and the expert will hand over a restoration certificate. Head back to Azzanadra with the certificate. He asks you to meet him down at the Temple under the Digsite. Head to the winch located at the western side of the Digsite. Use your rope on the winch, then operate it to find yourself in a tunnel. Head to the large southern room and speak to Azzanadra. Ask about doing something to help, and he will say he has some dangerous challenges for you: one in Morytania and one in the far north. In both cases, he says, he needs an object of ancient power. The mission in Morytania is an ancient icon that absorb the power of prayer. You need to defeat all six of the Barrows brothers before raiding their chest in order to obtain the icon. The mission in the north is to retrieve the Frosthorn from a snowy fortress. He will pass over the backpack of another person who attempted to retrieve it for you to look at. Azzanadra will promise an explanation of the artifacts upon your return if you ask about them. Mission to the North: Items needed: telegrab runes, heat globe Suggested: armor, anti-dragon shield, HIGHLY RECOMMEND anti dragon fire potion, food, energy pot, supplies to fight a 177 demon that attacks with melee and magic (I believe) Open the ruined backpack. Inside you find a letter and a strange globe. After reading the letter, talk with Azzanadra about it. If you mention that it was foolish to run out of runes, Azzanadra will inform you that his contact always carried a wide variety of combat runes- but if he needed runes for another type of spell, he might have run into problems. With the letter and Azzanadra’s words in mind, you can conclude that you need tele-grab runes in order to move the globes short distances. Keep in mind you must pass through level 50+ wildy to get to the fortress. Iron dragons guard the perimeter. To the north-west end of the wildy is a small pass leading to a fortress (this can be seen on the world map). Head to the wildy (the lever in Ardougne helps with this). BEWARE of revenants! Head to the northwest corner, just above the fence to the lower wildy. Upon arrival, use the heat globe on the pedestal, and the ice block will shrink. Pot up and pro melee, because when you squeeze past the ice block, you are going to be attacked by iron dragons. Squeeze past the ice block, and run towards the southern end of the building. Head into the small courtyard. Climb up the staircase and move to the southeast corner. Climb down the stairs there and scale the damaged wall. Now go down the northwest rampart and enter the trapdoor. You will be in a room with three pathways and two pedestals for globes. Head down the eastern path and take the globe there, then head back to the center room and place it in the west pillar of the first room. You will be attacked by a level 115 waterfiend EVERY TIME you place a globe. It is recommended you pray range or melee (they attack with both). You do not have to beat them to move on. It is possible to lure the first waterfiend into the room you started off in, and then to run to the western-most room, tele-grab the globe, and trap the waterfiend in the other room. However, keep in mind you will be attacked again when you place the globe. Tele-grab the globe from just inside the western room. The ice wall will reform, but you are free to use the globe again on the pedestal, thus opening up a ladder. Head down the ladder and run to the southern room. Grab the heat globe off the ground and use it on the pedestal to the north. Run to the east, either attacking or avoiding the waterfiend, and grab the imperfect heat globe off the pedestal. Go back to the west. Now head back upstairs, then back up through the trapdoor to the surface. Climb the wall and head over to the broken pedestal in the north-east corner. Use the imperfect globe with the pedestal, and then push the whole thing. It will fall through a hole in the ground and melt a block of ice below. Head back downstairs, and go down the ladder in the western room again. On this floor (it should be the 2nd floor down) head to the eastern room, then go south, west, and south again. Take the heat globe from the pedestal you should find. Retrace your steps back through the tunnel until you are south of the room where you got the imperfect globe. There should be a pipe in the south wall. Use the globe in your inventory on the pipe. It will get stuck. Search the nearby crate to find a hammer, and select “whack.” The globe will fly into the other room and land on the pedestal, unthawing the last block of ice in the way. Head down into the room you just hit the globe into and climb the ladder. Go west. There will be a level 177 Ice Demon wandering around the hallway. Pray mage and attack him. He appears weak to range. When he dies, he will drop the Frostenhorn, and the ice to the north will melt. At this point, you can leave the fortress in any way you want. Mission in Morytania: Items needed: Spade Suggested: food, armor, prayer potions, multiple attack styles (mage and range are probably the best) Get to the Barrows. Keep in mind you have to fight and defeat all six brothers prior to opening the chest, so be prepared to fight all of them. For more information on the Barrows, refer to the guide. Fight all six brothers as you would outside of a quest. The sixth brother will be in the tunnel from the empty crypt. When all six brothers are defeated, open the chest in the tunnels and retrieve the Barrows icon. Teleport out of the Barrows. Back to Azzanadra Items needed: Frostenhorn, Barrows Icon, Digsite pendant Head back to the Digsite with the two artifacts. When you arrive, the temple is finished, and Azzanadra waits in the center. Talk to him and give him the two artifacts. Upon receival of the items, you can ask what they do. After learning about the use of the Frostenhorn, Azzanadra will tell you he still needs some items. He will tell you to head back up the winch and get the delivery from his contact, who he doesn’t want poking around in the temple. On the surface, you will encounter the Assassin from Devious Minds. At the end of the conversation, you will obtain the artifact that he stole from the Entrana church. Take the relic back down to Azzanadra. Ask him, “Anyway, what now?” to advance to a cutscene. If you ask the lord to reach out, Azzanadra will approve and say his lord will surely favor you. The cutscene continues, with Zaros asking Azzanadra about the state of the world. Soon, the cutscene switches to a Dark Mage- watch and enjoy! When the cutscene ends, speak to Azzanadra again to claim your rewards! Reward: 2 quest points One 23k experience lamp Two 20k combat lamps 10k prayer experience Access to Senntisten’s temple altar Access to ancient curses
  15. It posted before I had it all copied. The rest will be added soon.
  16. Sorry, I didn't know where else to put this! Below is a guide I wrote while going through the new quest, Temple at Senntisten
  17. The current guide makes no mention that you MUST talk to the cosmic being floating around the plane where you get starflowers before they will grow. I waited for several minutes, with no flowers, and once I spoke with the being they began growing immediately. [crew - added, thanks]
  18. It is definitely confirmable, as it happened twice to me. I fought him the first time, but failed to prepare well enough, and after getting him to the point where he was healing himself, had to leave; the same thing happened in the second fight too. I believe anyone who fights him will be able to confirm this...
  19. While fighting Glod, the level 138 giant in Grim tales, I noticed several things that weren't stated in the guide. Firstly, even time you fail to beat him (for example, run out of food like I did) and then come back, he will gain in attack and strength power. Secondly, he will heal himself if you are in a streak of hits. He done this a great deal when his health gets below half! Thirdly, he will not only draw you towards him as stated in the guide, he will also scare you away from him...meaning that at some points, you will retreat entirely from him. Hope this helps!
  20. You get 10k farming experience from the ruin portal, 7.5kfrom the axe house portal, and 10k experience from the portal you can find in the forgotten cemetery just north of the ruins.
  21. Spirit of Summer Difficulty level: Medium Start Location: Speak to the ghost girl at the farm located in level 23 wilderness, just east of bounty hunter and northwest of clan wars. Required: Quests: The Restless Ghost Skills: Level 19 summoning, level 26 farming, level 35 prayer, level 40 construction Items: 2 planks, 4 steel nails, hammer, bucket, limpwurt seed, 5 bones, skull (all can be obtained during the quest), Ghostspeak amulet, seed dibber, rake, spirit wolf pouch, desert wyrm pouch, spirit scorpion pouch Suggested: Skills: level 43 prayer (to protect from revenants), ability to survive over level 20 wilderness Items: Games necklace to teleport to clan wars, food, backup pouches in case of mistakes, one-click teleport, Falador teleports Monsters: (Avoid if possible) Revenants of all kinds, Spirit beast (lvl 717) NPC: Summer, spirits Walkthrough 1. Start Items required: Ghostspeak amulet Items suggested: Games necklace, food, one-click teleport, Falador teleport, spirit pouches, seed dibber, rake Find the farm located in level 23 wilderness. As you approach, you will notice the spirit of a little girl standing at the entrance. When you get near, she will teleport a short distance away. Continue to follow her until you are inside the building just northeast of the entrance. When you are inside, you will find yourself teleport into a spirit world, and get to observe a short cutscene. When the scene ends, try to speak to the little girl outside. You will find that you cannot, even with your ghostspeak amulet, as the rings surrounding her seem to prevent speech. Talk to the father, who placed the rings on her, and he will begin to do emotes. If you walk slightly to the northeast, you will see two npcs doing emotes back and forth. Carefully watch which emote is a response to which, and then go talk to the father again. Respond to his emotes in the proper way to get rid of the rings surrounding the girl one at a time. After about four correct responses, you will be able to talk to her. When you do so, she will tell you her name is Summer, and to find her in a village to the west, near some mountains. 2. The Ruins Items Required: Ghostspeak amulet Items Suggested: Games necklace, food, one-click teleport, Falador teleport, spirit pouches, seed dibber, rake At this point, you must make your way to the ruins located at the far western side of the wilderness. You can walk, or to avoid revenants, teleport to Falador and proceed north from there. When you arrive, you will find the little girl standing slightly to the east of a flower patch. Speak with her, and she will teleport you to her world, where you can speak more easily with her. When you talk to her again, ask her all the questions possible. She will tell you that she used to play here before she died, and that you should help her. When you ask her what you should do, her sentences will be jumbled, but the gist is this: she wants to wash herself off. 3. Washing, Eating, and More Items Required: Ghostspeak amulet, bucket, 2 planks, 4 steel nails, hammer, seed dibber, rake, limpwurt seed Items suggested: Food, one-click teleport, spirit pouches, games necklace, food Head back to the normal world, and find a bucket in one of the ruins. Use the bucket on the barrel of water Summer was standing by to empty it. Go talk to her again to return to the ghost world; you will get a minor cutscene showing her washing her face off in the now filled barrel. Your character will observe that as you emptied the barrel in the real world, it filled in the ghost world, and you can assume that whatever you do in your own plane will be reversed in Summers. Find Summer again, slightly to the northwest, near a statue and a hollow log, and talk to her. She will tell you she is hungry, but there is no food here for her to eat. Head back to the normal world once again, and go the hollow log. Pick the mushrooms off it, then go back to the ghost world to witness another small cutscene showing Summer eating some mushrooms off the log. When the cutscene ends, head south into the building to find her again, and talk to her. She wants some clothes out of the wardrobe, but it is shut and she cant get in. As always, hit the real world. Search through the houses until you have 2 planks, 4 steel nails, and a hammer. Go to the wardrobe, which is in dire need of repair, and use the planks on it to fix it. Once again, head back to the ghost world and watch the cutscene. Summer will now be standing at the flower patch. When you talk to her, she will tell you she wants her doll, which is trapped in the roots of a dead limpwurt plant. Guess where this is going? Head to the real world and search the crate in the house just north of the path to find a limpwurt seed. Use your rake on the patch, then plant the seed. Wait for it to grow to full health, but DO NOT pick it. When it is grown, head to the ghost world again, and watch yet another short cutscene, in which Summer gets her doll back. 4. Explanations Items Required: None Items Suggested: Spirit pouches, including back-ups, games necklace, food Talk to Summer, and, lo and behold, she can talk normally! She will ask you to return to the farm with her. Respond yes, and you will both be returned to the farm. Now that she can respond properly, ask her every question listed. She will tell you that she, her father, and their two farmhands were murdered by a group of men, and have been trapped ever since. To make it worse, there is a spirit beast leeching their souls, putting them in constant pain! Tell her you will help her, and follow her down into the trapdoor. You will see an altar; ask her what it is for. She will tell you her farmhands found discs which could be used to defeat the spirit beast, but the need to be activated by the altar. She will also let you know that the altar is hungry. When you examine the altar, you will see that there are five bone-shaped slots and one round impression. Go back to the normal world and then outside trapdoor. Head south and pick up five bones that spawn around the farm, also grab a skull. Go back to the ghost world, head down the trapdoor, and use the five bones and skull on the altar. With each bone you add, the altar will glow more strongly. When all have been added, there will be a cutscene in which you see a disc emerging from the ground just north of the farm. 5. Getting Rid of the Beast Items Required: Spirit pouches Items Suggested: Back-up pouches in case of mistakes, two of each should be fine, food Take your spirit pouches and head north within the ghost world and find the disc. You will notice that it has a wolf head on it; this is the pouch that must be used for the first disc. Make sure the beast isnt standing close to you, summon the spirit wolf, and make sure the wolf is standing on the disc. Allow the beast to approach. Prepare to dismiss your familiar as soon as he hits the disc. NOTE: the beast will eat your familiars if you summon them while he is too close, or if you fail to dismiss the familiar quickly enough. In addition, the beast MUST be touching the disc when you dismiss your familiar, or it will not work. He will also hit you for around 8 hp several times. As the beast touches the disc, dismiss your familiar. As you do, the grid of electricity will shock the beast. In the cutscene following, you will see another disc, this one with a desert wyrm on it, appear a short distance to the west. Do the same thing to the desert wyrm disc, taking care to place your familiar carefully, and to dismiss it before the beast can eat it. When this is done, yet another cutscene will show the third and final disc emerging from the ground to the west. Repeat the same process with your spirit scorpion. A cutscene will show the beast falling to the ground, and the three elder spirits attacking it. The end is of the beast has come- or has it? The elders will turn on you and tell you that you have made everything worse, but dont worry. Your part is done. Get through the conversation, then talk to Summer. She will thank you, and at the end of the conversation, give you her mothers ring. Quest Complete! Reward: 7500 construction experience 5000 prayer experience 2000 farming experience 1000 summoning experience Jennicas ring Quest Points gained upon completion: 1 Tips, tricks and notes: Jennicas Ring allows you to teleport to the ghost world when close to a strong portal, and also makes Revenants leave behind better drops. This quest can be done without ever leaving the wilderness if you take all the necessary items, or if you bank at the bounty hunter bank.
