I play in Low Detail since it's faster than High Detail. Even though High Detail doesn't lag, motion isn't very smooth (in my oppinion). Besides, I liked the old graphics better since it showed that RuneScape was all about gameplay and didn't need flashy graphics like WoW to succeed. Now all of that's ruined.

I've seen many claims that Jagex says as long as a private server doesn't connect to the Jagex servers, it's legal. I've found proof that you're breaking a law by creating a private server. The last sentence states that private servers are illegal.

What are some other MMORPG's like RuneScape? I mean one that doesn't only contain combat, but it also has skills, like Mining and Woodcutting, along with quests. I'd prefer it to be browser-based. I have a Mac, so I need one that has a Mac version. Please don't post Oberin, I hate that game.

Hey, there. Ethan here. I'm a Mac user, and I've played InkBall on my friend's computer. It's pretty fun (he has Vista)! I was wondering where I can find a Mac version (or something like InkBall for the Mac). Anyone know where I can find it?

They sure act like it. If they did care about their players, they'd allow us to PK, they'd allow us to use RuneScape Classic, they'd allow us to trade freely, and they'd support clans since sooooooooo many of their players like them.
