First finish a load of killing skeletal wyverns. Next using an amulet of glory/ring of dueling teleport to alkharid. Then go bank at alkharid bank. Go walk to the shanty pass. talk to shantay. tell him ur an outlaw. then he'll put you in his jail. refuse to pay the fine to get out of prison, and he'll tele you to port sarim in a "maximum" security prison. lock pick the door. go run to the altar restore ur pray and continue kill wyverns to ur hearts content. :D
