I don't know; I recently got a task to slay 123 blue dragons and I don't have the agility lvl to reach them nor have I done the quest to obtain the dusty key to access them in the member's dungeon

I chose the "bad" way. When you have the key and go to second floor you need to enter the room to the west not east and knock on the north wall for the secret room leading to the chest with Hazeel's scroll.
