at the random events guide you can read I believe those herbs doesn't exist anymore (grimy herbs). [crew edit: added to draft and credited.] the image by the "thieving random event's" were you see the player getting poisoned by the chest is a really old one I think... (splat...) same as by the "prayer/combat event's" with the zombie. [crew edit: please submit a good quality pic, we'll be glad to use it.] they are details I know... but I also think everyone wants to have a completed and up-to-dated site. :
