    They don't deserve them. If they want the full benefit then they can pay. F2p is a TRIAL. Jagex would lose money if they made dragon f2p. Dragon is supposed to make people want members, but if they give it for free then some people wouldn't subscribe cause they already have what they want. Besides, then they would have to change so many quests. Membership is also so cheap. If you like the game, there is really no reason you can't pay for it.
