In members, the cabbage patch tele is greatly enhanced by planting a spirit tree in the tree patch in Port Sarim just south of the teleport point. This gives unlimited access to the G.E., the gnome stronghold and village, and the poisoned waste dungeon where you can kill warped tortoises (a personal favorite). I find it as fast for reaching the G.E. as glorying to edge and running over the bridge or teleing to Varrock and running up past the bank. Definetly one of the more useful items to come out in a while.
