Right now i am 61/60/60 (atk str def). I want to get to at least 65/65/65 for some quests. My armor/weapon is - dragon med helm, dragon longsword, dragon platelegs, granic body, warrior ring, amulet of glory, rune kite shield, dragon boots. wat monster should i train on to raise my stats?

I think it has become Watch Ads to Play, but for good reason. There are a ton of F2P players, and because they are F2P, Jagex doesn't make any money off them. So the ads are Jagex's way of paying for their server upkeep and the updates. If the ads give you problems, just set them to low detail.

Why not a big F2P quest, one that would give you, say, rune arrows and a yew bow, attack and defense potions, and a few new high level magic spells?
