What level do you suggest to cut yews? And what should I cut 'till then?

My summoning is level ten :ohnoes:, and I want it higher, but I haven't found a good charm dropper :wall: . I just need golds for now... Monster suggestions? My stats are in my siggy.

I'm training my range, and I want 60 ranged, so what bolts should I use for an addy c-bow? I used a magic short, but it wasn't as effective as the crossbow. Oh, I'm also low on money, so preferably bolts on the cheaper side would be fantasmical. And if you could, please suggest the best training spots :thumbsup:
