I've got my old acc back! but, help!
That is a possibilty, I'll admit. The problem is, all of this happened years ago and I can't remember who I was friends with or what I did. Two questions - I can't trade it away? I currently have no limiter in the bank. On my other acc I have 68 spaces, but with this acc, there is no limiter. Technically, I have to re-buy most items (Rune Axe, Pickaxe etc...) and I don't want to waste such items by throwing them away. 80k on F2P could kick start my rebuilding....

I've got my old acc back! but, help!
Alright here is the story. Around '02 I was led in RS by school friends and created an acc which I trained up...eventually I left RS and to my knowledge just forgot the pass. After returning with my new acc, I try and get my old acc back. Well my appeal was successful but now I find my account with a bank full of members equipment?! with members quests completed?!! and no possible way of either using the equipment!! Obviously someone else had access and went members earning items (I think I've spotted D Dagger & Med!!!) so WTF do I do? It is my account, but someone else has earned all this stuff that I cannot use! edit: If it helps the account was last logged in 191 days ago?

Dragon: Whats next?
I think those that want a D Pick are not recognizing there is little reward/usefulness for it. While there is the space to have one extra mining ability, there is no space to smith it. Now there are possibilities such as mining ores to use in Construction or Crafting. My favourite would be crafting. You can enchant Jewelry and Bolts but not weapons? Silverlight proves this was possible within RS. Now you could either create a new ore to mine to enchant onto weapons or simply add a spawn point of either Dragonstone or Onyx. I mean an Onyx chanted Dragon dagger with super strong weapon poison? Now the more practical option - construction - putting use to mining ores such as Sandstone, Granite, Limestone, Gold and even Stone Slabs (What are they for?) or adding ores such as Marble to make better constructed houses. Well I don't know. Just a few ideas. Kite is most probable.

Grasping the game..
I don't understand. Is this a debate on whether or not tutorial island should be mandatory/optional/exist at all or how the game is more guided and less experimental? Personally, I see with the tutors having their own little "house" where items and advice are freely available, pretty neutalizes the point of T.I. Warnings are helpful and you can choose to ignore them, if turn them off altogether. Plus I don't think there were any warnings about the Safety Deugeon - I wasn't quite sure if either the 56 worker or 88? soldier would happily send me back to Lumbridge, but I went anyway and got my gloves! (On a side note, Do you feel the Security Deugeon is too easy? Sure there is high leveled enemies in there, but the two doors provide so much security (no pun intended) that a lvl 3 can run, rest & eat all the way to the fancy boots, earning a big profit, for little risk) while the ravine in Wildy is definitely a step too far. I didn't quite grasp what KB/Knowledge book was until I had look on RS. I thought it was another book to go with the SoS book. I haven't read any of them, tip.it is far more useful anyway :P

christmas event 2008: reward issue.
If anything, I think it'd be more like the Halloween event clothing we got this year: just a top, bottom, and cape. Yeah or more accurately, a sack to carry more items (hopefully  )

christmas event 2008: reward issue.
What's going to happen is that they'll be a santa bottom, top, gloves, beard, wig and possibly gloves/shoes. No hat, thus quickly raising the demand for the rare Santa hats to "complete the look".

Grasping the game..
Being a newbie, relatively (I've returned after a couple years gone and started afresh) I was rather confused to see I was stuck on Tutorial Island which re-taught me all basic skills, which was not optional. WHY?! I remember back in '02 on lunch break many a time trying to find out what was at the bottom of the kharid chasm mine - all I found was scorps all too happy to kill me. I particularly remember Elvarg flaming me out of my new Rune because I didn't know about the anti-flame shield. I actually laughed at other questies with their "nooby shields" instead of my Rune Kite. They laughed when I got flamed. So, I just leveled up my mining and earnt back my gear, bought new rune and dragon shield, trained up a bit more and whooped his [wagon]. Nowadays this is impossible. You're given all the basics and the only exploration and adventure makes RS playing for the first twenty levels. Then you're bored, resigned to just training. I'm just a level 23, but I only have six quests (of which I have completed before, but none the less) and the most exciting thing I've done is run around the Stronghold of Safety for a pair of gloves and explored parts of the Stronghold of Security. These new achievement diaries are especially babysitting, instead of giving hints and clues to objectives, each particular requirement has instructions, which makes the reward pointless, if it wasn't for the time to walk around completing each requirement. Another point is that the Wildy now has a ravine of which to have to jump over. Pathetic. This makes escaping wildy difficult in the middle of a good scrap, and removes any curiosity for new players to explore up north, because they might lose items which, thanks to tutors can be easily replaced. I doubt any level 3 will be walking up through the wildy, blissfully ignorant of the white dots on the radar and rather hilariously just walk into Camp Greater uptop, and share one brief second of laughter/confusion with a level 90/100+ and then perish. I could go on and on and on, but I think I've said enough.
