so i was training on PVP worlds ha i know ryte. well ive died twice in 2 days due to those magic spells they use that i can't move or do nothing. everytime i try to use the teleport amulet i have (dragon stone) it won't let me. i haven't been on runescape for a long time so idk what is up anymore. can anyone tell me good advice on how to flee from those kind of killers other than not going to pvp world. i know its pvp world i'm not stupid but that's not the question. & what exactly are those magics that they are using on me.

Equip a mithril chain body, green dragonhide chaps, and a ruby amulet." i am inside the observatory the one with the checkered dark gray & white stripes in the map. i am doing the "THINK" emote w/ the question mark & then i'm spinning." the guy is not popping out. i am wearing a mithril chain body w/ a green dhide chaps(or is dragonhide & dchaps different things? & i am wearing a RUBY amulet not amulet of strenght. so wah em i doing wrong? em i suppose to be outside the observatory?! please help asap. thanks in advance.
