To start,please do not criticize me if this is found out in Legacy of Seergaze. I Have only finished up to Darknss of Hallowvale. I DO know my Runescape history though. Have you ever noticed something strange about Safalaan, leader of the Sanguinesti Myreque. Be it his all-blue eyes, untorn clothes, or the fact that he defeats Vanstrom Klause with a mysterious blast of energy, it suggests he is at least a powerful mage. But, doing further research, I discovered that what is now Meiyerditch used to be the city of the Icyene. Also, The vyrewatch look suspicously like Zilyana (The only known living Icyene) and a vampire mixed together. Could they be mutated Icyene?
