RuneScape Information

  1. I DO NOT support, just for starters it takes away from the time period in which runescape exist. Archaeology itself is only about 150 years old. Not saying the author did this, but for those suggesting additions to the skill stop suggesting things to make something you in RS easier. I would like to wish you luck in future development in "The Archaeology Skill", though personally I would not like to see it implemented into RS, that is my opinion. Though I find that every Runescape Skill has its uses, so I'm sure I won't complain at all. Once again good luck, and great job on your development thus far. It is very noticable you've put alot of time and effort into this.
  2. I support, though I am a member myself and feel that f2p don't deserve updates. I do notice that they do need some. and if your a mage on a f2p world, I know as well as you do that it is the weakest of the three combats.
  3. Is this long term or short term? A combo of rannarr farming + (whatever), is always a good bet. little time, good money Personally I've found that RCing nature runes works better then Green Drags, I've never tried barrows or aviansies. The wilderness can get a little crowded not by much but I did the games necklace teleporting to BH and CW. It does make money not going to lie though, I do it when I feel like switching it up a bit and training. As for the natures, you can run the abyss with small, medium, and large pouches, making about 43 a trip. With your defence you can manage to stay at a low weight and make the runs fairly quickly. The reason I asked if it was long term or short term, is that if you find that you like RCing it take alot of time to level to 91 to make 2X nature runs and even still alot of time to get to 75 rc to have the largest pouch. If you hit lvl 75, or even if you haven't you can log into a Nature Crafting world and always get assisstance from someone who is lvl 91, they are almost always there, though doing it this way makes you dependent on these people being there, and you will always be dependent. Personally I'm going for 91 myself, but I do get asst. from time to time \ Hope this helps \
  4. Must kill Zombie (Level-91), Skeleton (Level-63) and Ghost (Level-93) consecutively I don't get why your attempting to do the Shilo Village Quest without doing the Dragon Slayer Quest first (I'm assuming you haven't finished it because your trying to the Shilo Village quest without rune plate body), the dragon is level 83, compared to the monsters in the Shilo Village Quest being around 90. It's deffiently going to be difficult for you to finish this quest and I would strongly reccomend getting your prayer up to 43, and combat level up to 55, remember to Use Crumble undead. Good Luck
  5. I remember going member right around when it first came out with one of my accounts at prob. about lvl 55. The game dramactically changed for, and truth be told the new atmosphere was kind of an exciting rush. Now much time has passed and it's not really a new atmosphere anymore but I honestly would never play if it had to be f2p. The enjoyment from the game really comes with the opportunity to do so much more then just wood cut or mine. There are tons more monsters, skills, and quest that allow me to switch over from doing one thing to another and not getting bored while playing. I'd say deff. go member, even if your skills aren't high, it's not alot of money and worth every penny. I'd say that within the first week of playing members you will find that f2p quest and familarity grows on you as you begin to wander into other areas that are p2p. BTW not everything on p2p is geared for more experience players, for example Herblore, Construction, Hunting, Theiving, all of these can be done at low levels for new members.
  6. I really didn't like farming until just a couple of days ago when I read a guide for low level farmers, sadly the author of the guide was preaching how farming was a really money making skill if you just have a little bit of patience and responsibility not to forget about your crops. Reading a little more into the guide the author was going deep into depth about certain things (some stuff I already knew) and could only post so much before he would have to get off and wait for the next day, reading further on I discovered that he never finished the guide, leaving me rather confused. :wall: I understand how to do everything (and if I don't I know where to learn, Tip.It) however I'm not familar with the methods that are being used, like for a lvl 27 farmer like myself, I'm planting low level things (I think Tomatoes cause those are the seeds I had in the bank, Marigolds (same, they were in bank), and the Highest lvl herb I can plant, I'm planting at Catherby, Using the Ectophial and teleporting to that patch, and South of Fally (teleporting by glory to draynor), and the spot above Ardy. What should I do until I can get to a point in time where I can really start making some money, and then what do I do, and if farming isn't as a skill worth investing 15-20 min. into every hour, what's a good way to at least lvl 50?
