Well i say that Catalonia has had a Depression and is on the edge of starvation and needs to join Spain Yah can't god mod that unfortunately.... there is no reason that a western european country would have a large part of it's population starving especially as it cannot be totally blockaded by you. EDIT: Simple solution: STEP ONE: Find a map on the internet that is reasonably detailed of the place you want to conquer STEP TWO: Save said map and find: Ms Paint or a similar application STEP THREE: Open said map using Ms Paint and edit it so it shows troop movement STEP FOUR: Go to http://tinypic.com/ and upload it STEP FIVE: Copy the url for image-boards and create a new post and then post your map.
