    My stats are att 70 str 70 def 60 hp 67 prayer 46 what would be the best way to train my att to 99 and str to 90 :) I would apreceate it if u tell the best way to train to 80 then to 90 and then to 99, thnx

    i would recomend warriors guild. you will need att+str=130. Buy one armore set (full helm;platelegs;platebody). I would recomend black(lvl69 hp60) or mithril(lvl92 hp80) kill them till u get some tokens then go to thir flor and kill some Cyclops. +You will get rune defender. See Warriors guild guide for more info. ;)
