The slayer update just re-enforces what I've been saying for years:
SLAYER DROPS SHOULD ONLY DROP ON TASK
The major flaw in the current system is that every man and his dog camp at the "good" monsters leaving the hardcore slayers frustrated when they get a task. Not only would having the good stuff drop on task only raise the price of the items but also it gives people an incentive to train slayer, and means I can kill Abby Demons on task without having to wait around until a non-peak time.

I like camping and i don't see how that update helps. I mean its already annoying to kill 100 so monsters and then talk to some dude to be told what to kill again.
at 79 slayer what can you even camp on
Never said i have camped i just like camping. ^And i can tell you camp abbys 'true slayers' hate on him!
My Slayer task is currently: 177 Aquanites.Great...

And I am not too sure on this Dragon Chainbody. There are already Dust Devils, why a need for another?
It's completely false if you ask me, "no pic no proof" :D
But isn't that the same with the items people posted here?

Seriously, why would a monster with a primary mage attack drop an Amulet of Ranging? :?
Because we already have an amulet of magic :-#
I was really hoping for a black mask-ish thing for ranging and maging slayer monsters.... guess not. Wonder how many people suggested that to Jagex? A simple "White mask" or something...
But... then that would actually help magic and range.

Yes and im still confused how you are supposed to hit people with your whip underhand when overhand would obviously give you more force.

underhand would be better, like hitting some body with a towel.
Opposed to swinging the arm all the way upwards then moving the whip back round to hit the opponant.
Thats how whips are usually used...

only time the ranging ammy is good is when you are safe spotting monsters where def bonus is worthless ie black dragons black demons bloodvelds any monster that can be safed and doesnt have a range/mage attack it works better

Ellebreylas(Slayerbelle backwards) Has 99 range/mage/slayer and most likely 10 hp. 1 all melee stats.
We already know.
