I couldn't wait up to 2 weeks for the reply from Jagex.
Same exact problem as you so this is what I did, I went on the Runescape Forums, Under Customer support there is Account Help, click on help recovering your account.

All I posted was my display name, my log in name and request that it is locked and registered email removed. It took them less than a day to respond, after doing so when you go to password recovery or account recovery, it won't ask for your email but send you to the manual recovery where it asks account details, recovery questions, credit cards used for membership payments etc. I got on my account and my bank pin had about 15 hours before it was cancelled, good thing I recovered in time. Good luck with your account.
Put a post on there hopefully they see it before pins gone, thanks either way dude.

No, I guess not. You need to provide the original username/e-mail.
I posted on an @J-Mod thread on the High level forum on your behalf. Maybe they will take a look at it.

Are you trying to recover Txny? Works for me when I put that username in.
Txny is my display name but if i use my username only email comes up,would display name work? recovs dont come up either if i put txny

When I had a similar problem they helped me with recovering my account without knowing the registered email.
I got a reply within 10 mins but I guess it depends on the time of day
EDIT: They sent me a link where I had to submit a wrong email 2 times then manually recover my account using billing details and recovery questions
i sent them one yesterday with no reply.
edit: it also says in the auto reply it may take them 2 weeks, my pin will be long gone by then

My understanding is that clicking on the "forgotten password?" link would take you to the recovery forum. I just took a look, and it looks like all you need to do is enter the wrong email address 6 times. I imagine after that it will take you to the normal recovery forum.
I also moved your thread to account help & advice.
just tried, it only blocks me from trying another email for an hour

Keep trying to use the form until they give you the form. It sounds like they've already changed your e-mail. :? Make sure your new e-mail is one that is double authenticated (i.e. upon log in, it requires a code that's either texted to your phone or they'll call you instead) to provide better security. Also make sure your computer is clean of keyloggers, root kits, RATs, etc.
When you do eventually get the form, answer the form as complete as possible!
i could answer every single thing about my account, but i dont understand how to get to it anymore? i only get the email option

When i tried to recover using email, they tell me its wrong. I cant find out where i manually recover my account.
ive emailed and posted on the account loss thread on the forums with no reply at all.
Im at a loss here and unsure what to do and my pin only lasts like 4 more days.
I apologize if im not ment to post this here but i really dont know what i should do

Jagex wont do anything, learn a lesson from it and be glad you only lost 3m. Try to remember what world you are on in future i guess :P

It's not great money unless you can solo well, and even then... but it's fun.
80 melee stats with overloads and turmoil are better corping than 99 melee stats without those, so get to work on herblore/prayer! (before corping)
any recommendations on how to get the money for ovl/turm?

Dreadnips and Goliaths? Those help a bunch.
Corp is great cash if you can minimize the amount of people on a team and still get fairly fast kills.
You have the melee stats for corp, but even those aren't enough for the smaller teams to accept you. With no extremes and turmoil you're going to have to get into bigger teams and be splitting the loot up more.
My advice, get at least extremes if you want to get into decent teams. Turmoil and Overloads will get you into great teams and give you a chance at solo'ing him.
yeah turm/ovls is what im trying to go for here, just looking for diffrent ways to earn money is all

Well, you don't need summoning for corp, seeing as the corp eats your familiar to regain some health ;) But yeah your best chance if you're planning to corp is to get on to a team with some friends you can trust.
Don't forget about the TMHT Corporeal Beast event on Sunday! You could have some fun there and we may even get lucky! :)

Well the only reason your not getting fast floors cause most keyers these day look for 100+ dungers. as they don't get much damege by there 3rd bind which is most likely a platebody... and help speed up floors cause any lower levels mostly likely end up fishing and cooking foods to avoid deaths... so either you joined a clan or so you will probably find it as hard until you reach a suitable level for those keyers to get you along.. i hope you don't take this offensively I amm only trying to explain what mostly happens these days.
Nah its nothing like that im a decent combat level and the speed of the floor isnt the problem, its just getting into floors.

Atm im only at 83 dung, looking to level it up more. But im wondering wether it would be better to leave dgs and join EoE or some other clan or just stay in?
Reason im considering leaving is because at my dging level its slow to get floors etc.

Re-bought P2P a few days ago and decided to try the famous "start with 5m and see where it takes you" idea since I haven't staked in ages. Went pretty well!
Might start seriously staking in a few days or go back to real lifing depending on how much free time I end up with, fun stuff!
