hello everyone =] i have a strength pure that is a free to play character. i started him a few days ago and i almost have 30 attack and 30 strength. I was wondering, when i get 30 attack and str, what should i train on to get 40 att and str? please reply and maybe you can give me links to some str pure guides that you think are really good. yes. i think i may have alo heard most range/2hers have low def but is mine good enough? should i keep it there? or is it too high?

I am making a Range Tanker right now, i am getting a little prayer and some attack and strength to help me with defence, im having a hard time training, and i need some armour ideas for pking, any suggestions just let me know. :
