July 23, 200917 yr I'd say any 99 is not newbie. Maybe it's just because I've played 5+ years and don't have one... Anyway, if you really want it, you should get it and ignore anyone who tries to make fun of it. Edit: It seems ironic that 95% of the people who say a 99 is newbie don't have one...
July 23, 200917 yr Only get it if you like it: i really enjoyed fletching, and almost had 91 when the capes came out, and decided what the heck, another 100 hours and I can show it off. It's just the jealousy of players who don't have one that want to knock it. "Those who give up their liberty for more security neither deserve liberty nor security." July 23, 200917 yr not newbie at all... in fact I reli like it and I get 3mil more exp after getting the skill cape. for that extra 3mil exp after lvl99, it raised my rank from 7x,xxx to 3,xxx - which, I think, looks much better.
