The past few days there are lots of reports of a ghost at the GE, appearing at the edge of the screen. It only happens when high detail is activated, though. Could it be another player? Did Jagex make the ghost? Please reply.

I want to get to 26 fletching so i can make a Blurite Crossbow and Blurite bolts. My fletching is 17. Any suggestions?
