OK. Firstly do you have 40+ defense and have you done dragon slayer? If so you will want to wear a green dragonhide body and chaps along with green d'hide vambraces and if possible a green d'hide coif. For a cape wear an obby cape. Then for the weapon use bronze knives or iron darts. When you get to 50 ranged switch to blue d'hide armour. If you don't have 40 defense then just replace anything you need 40 def for with leather or studded equivalents(depending on whether or not you have 20 def or not.) For training place go to the rock crabs. EDIT: Oh you are F2P. Well use a maple shortbow with iron arrows on rapid firing style and don't try switching to blue d'hide as it is members only. Train at cave crawlers on the 3rd floor of the stronghold of security.

Personally I don't plan on training my attack level anytime soon but it does make a difference for sure. On a much smaller scale than comparing 60 attack to 99 attack i have played on obby maauler accounts before and on the first one I tried I got 10 attack(don't ask why. BAD idea :wall:) and i noticed a HUGE difference between 1 and 10 attack. The both reflects level and bonus as with 10 attack I used a black scimitar not a red topaz machete. In my opinion level and bonus do make a difference.

Brawlers being tradeable would suck! Brawlers are like a nice way for pkers (or 26Kers :wall:) to get exp fast. They are not for just anyone to go and buy although you could say 26Kers are doing just that.... Oh well. The good ones like fm and agility would be worth a lot of cash like 5m ea I think. Really it would just make skilling too fast.
