Sorry to be a pain, but we don't use 3D Effect or Fractal renders as focals of our work - if you could choose some sort of character render, then it'd be very convenient for you, and my employees. How about this one? http://www.planetrenders.net/renders/di ... pos=-47272

For the font, can it be a style of font that will interest the reader to keep reading my thread. Something that will catch a person's attention and say "WOW nice banner, I think I'll keep reading."
