hahah the same thing with me!! ive never had a 99 skill yet and i have been playing for like 7 years +. and it seems like thats how my levels go too lol. -
I support this 110%, but instead of making it a boss monster to fight, why not just make it a grandmaster quest for f2p, with being able to make the new armor as the reward? but i totaly support this!.
