FFFFF-- I refuse to give it back on the grounds that, Dusty left it wide open, he didn't even care for it until he learned its worth, and I would think its people would rather be under Indian rule due to our actual country being so close, and that I'd hate a leader that left us open for an attack. I'm willing to share 80 to him 20 to me I need money.

Oh if Wu is worth that much, I don't want to really give it up fully. I'd go with at best halfsies or at worst (for me) It becomes a shared zone, I get 20% of the profits, you get the 80% and it becomes a buffer zone to show peace (roleplay)

Why has Dusty and Doom suddenly skyrocketed Doom wont get Japan due to the treaty (your getting outvoted anyway) And why has Dusty suddenly got 2 billion aswell? I'm seriously confused here.

Well Sere didn't do anything to India (I don't know if he did, I don't remember) in the war, and I still consider him an ally. Grim, Dusty and Doom aren't allies anymore. Dungeonal is a "Friend", not an ally just someone who I like just can't count him as an ally. Waait a sec, I thought all the cities a country owns have the same IAG, they're just split between the countries cities. So a country with 10 trillion IAG and 10 cities, each city is worth a trillion.

Hmmm, this actually does look pretty fair. Though Dusty I hope you know, if the university was destroyed ALL of your cold fusion research goes with it, thats 20 summit years. Yeah, I said YOUR research, cause we made a deal to research that in the uni. The money is a bit tight on our part though.

I know this war is lost on our side, cause it was originally going to be only 4 weak Asian and African countries fighting one European super power, didn't really expect it to escalate past that.

I wont sign the current treaty, cause of the massive unfairness and due to the fact I could just spend the remining cut of my budget and go crazy and probably [bleep] some [cabbage] up before I explode it all in a huge [bleep] move. Dusty, it's basically cause we voted people can restart in space under special circumstances, and I think quitting cause your parents banned you then losing your land then coming back is pretty darn special.

Please note Dusty has lost close to a quater of his IAG already for next decade, I just counted it all up. He's lost 15 cities. Also not all is lost, you may think you're richer but if I remember correctly, the space budget is eating A LOT of our budget, so if I can just halt that by 10 years, BAM sudden trillion (more than that actually) Also I want Dusty to stay too.

Biodomes count as cities accordingly. Like, if you launch 1,000,000 1KT nukes at my city, and there were no troops there, the city is unscathed and no injuries occur. In reality, the city would be in ruins. If your not incharge of defense, then you have no right to dictate the battle, cause you weren't actually part of it then. Which reminds me, biodome research is complete.
