Well I say your civilians are pretty pissed at you right now Not only did you start an uncalled for war with a super power, you also now have them knocking on your doorstep with a force thats going to hurt you quite a bit. Oh, you have also committed war crimes, people are starting to hate you XD

Umm Russia launches the modules

Woah [cabbage] got blown up. Russia's new military equipment is done, and so is the batteries for the railguns, the soldiers in Mongolia will be outfitted with the new equipment, which is an eye piece which gives them extensive data on the terrain. The soldier can pick though what they are told, so they aren't overloaded with data :) Also railgun defenses are being built around the Russia controlled part of Mongolia, as well as on some land attack vehicles that will be used for anti tank anti air anti building :D

Fine the cost of the war can be taken from my infrastructure budget which is 2.5B I'm spending 2.5B a year on buying companies too, its not EXPENSIVE to buy rather small companies, in fact some can be done for a couple of million. So I should get a few companies in my first few years :).

Starting out with small companies (remember there are millions of them) Then soon the budget for buying companies will be quite large, and then I'll own a lot of companies, also who says I wont actually do up the small ones either?

Well I don't see how this is a bad plan. Takes a while, agreed, but its almost certainly going to be taken over, their income is added to mine, and the company now works under Russian control. I have already maximised one of the Russian exports, fuel and stuff, its an off shoot branch off my car company. Its a strategy really. Also by influence I mean economical influence :D

Ok, going to try out a new plan Instead of spending 2.5B on military defenses, Russia tries buy out companies throughout the world and make them government companies, they hope in a few years to have quite a few companies under their command. Not am I only looking to increase GDP, this probably wont help to much, but I am also trying to increase Russian influence :)
