I know where you are coming from. I wish i could have the best armor to but i have a feeling that nothing is going to change. Jagex doesn't care how much time it takes to get it. People will still go for it and some people will still get it. Normal people like us will never have anything like that.

Okay it never stopped saying that so i just kept going on with the other steps anyways and it just worked. So it would seem no matter what it says just keeping going without re-setting. Thanks for all the help!!

It keeps telling me "maybe if it was powered" and i keep doing the green, blue but nothing changes. I am extremely confused. It just simply doesn't change anything..

I Can Personally Think Of One Way That RuneScape Has Been Affected By Other Countries Playing. The Best Prime Example I Can Think Of Is Thanksgiving Events. Granted Jagex Clearly Doesn't Care Much About It But They Did Add The Event For Americans. I Have Played RuneScape Since 2001 And They Didn't Have A Thanksgiving Event Till Last Year. If Other Countries Jump On The RuneScape Bandwagon What Holiday Events May Appear In Game That I Have Never Heard Of Or Ever Celebrated Because It Is A Holiday Only Celebrated In Some Other Random Country?
