I need to know a monster that can drop a certain amount of nature runes and it should be a semi-common to common drop or fair

Well, in my opinion I think since theres strength potions, why isnt there defence and attack potions? As for prayer potions, i would suggest a kind of semi-rare beer that would lower att but boost str, perhaps retoring 1-2 prayer points As for bones, i wish they create big burnt bones (lol) giving 20-30 xp, and should be dropped by harder monsters like Ankous, Greater Demons, but not rev monsters cuz big bones are just SUPER SLOW once you prayer is over 50.

I apologize for the massive amount of questions but I don't want to post too many forums. Hey guys, my combat stats are 70 attack, 70 strength, 70 defence, 51 prayer, 63 magic, and 57 range. Where is the best place or NPC for me to train strength, attack and defence (List multiple locations if necessary) ? Which place or NPC is the best for me to train Prayer (Please don't say hill giants because they are extrenely overcrowded, and please don't call me a noob my head is spinning around these days) is it Moss Giants, Ice Giants, or what? Also, what is the best way to train smithing in F2P? My Mining level is 70 and my Smithing level is 54. What is the best way to train BOTH Woodcutting and Firemaking at the SAME TIME? My Woodcutting level is 74 and my Firemaking level is 62. And what NPC I should train on for fast Ranged Xp (doesn't needs to be profitable)? My Ranged level is 57. Is superheating item the best way to train Magic (Please don't make me use High Level Alchemey since I will loose money, and I need many money these days because I sacrificed many stuff for Sara, only got 50% of what I need back)?
