January 17, 201016 yr The bowl is alchable and you can multiples, the gold helmet is neither. Alternatively, making gold rings (and bracelets, I think) are worth more than the gold bars they're made from. But they give crafting xp, not smith. ~Sirus Finally bought my whip. =D

January 17, 201016 yr Or if you want to earn cash with it: buy iron ores, smelt em into bars using forge ring & then sell the bars. This is quite fast and gives decent xp for the lower levels.Using clay hammers to smith stuff is awesome, but better on higher bars.
