The enemies were Caesar's legion, they aranged with the mayor an exchange the villagers' lives against that of the Powder Gangers' and the NCRs'. They came back as the Powder Gangers were about to ambush the NCR and proceeded to kill all armed personel then capture the rest in the hall. Thet then gave them tickets and started to draw; the first ones to be picked were burned, the next ones were crucified, the mayor was buried under a tire fire, the next were enslaved, the guy with the smashed legs got second prize and the free guy won first. ya i know, just explaining it so everyone else could understand it, but it failed

they are awesome cept when they talk to their parent in thai(i think) makes me feel awkward

so i came to an almost deserted town a guy comes running towards me yelling i won the lottery ticket, i let him go and killed all the enemies here and went into the town hall,and everyone was dead. then i had to come back here to find a scout and the guy was ylling he won the lottery and i killed him, then i come back after awhile to find theres a store with a guy with a crippled leg, and i asked what happened here, and he said all the people where tooken into the town hall and used lottery tickets to see all this crap 1.people just got decapitated 2. crucified 3.enslaved 4.(the guy i was talking to)got his leg beaten the [cabbage] out of(he was cussing the whole time it was funny 5. the guy that gets to go free(the guy saying i won the lottery and i was thinkin(heh, he didnt win my lottery) and the both people that survived are in the video death posted
