Hmm.. I have 71 defense but I still take quite a lot of damage. I think that it's due to my full mithril; I'd wear full rune but I unfortunately didn't plan in time from my no-longer-membership, so now my bank is full l: . Are ice giants/cockroach soldiers good in terms of xp?
