well i all i know is, its sealed letter in inventory, when talking to the people in the exam centre during speech they call it a stamped letter. the previous name before talking to the chap in the museum i have no idea what its referred to as.. bad memory, but i tried, might be worth trying out the quest.

on the digsite quest page, theres an items called stamped letter. looks like the items been changed from stamped letter to sealed letter. heres the quote from the items required. Required: cup of tea, stamped letter just thought it would be helpfull for people who start the quest then choose to finish it at a later date, they may not recognise the item.
