well, you guys gave me what I was looking for...some data on low floors. I have constructed a good approximation of the relative floor/prestige modifiers; that is, if floor 1 is assumed to be 1, then the multiplier for a given prestige value (or a given floor value), can be approximated to within 10 % using the following formula: [(floor or prestige)+13]^3/14 (I have a bizzare spreadsheet testing this) Now that that's out, we/you guys can attack the true base exp more directly, where the true base exp is based primarily on the rooms opened, and layout, possibly modified by some other facors (monster levels, etc). any questions? edit1: ...actually, it's off by about 30% if you go based on floor one. however, it is off by an almost constant percentage-i'll need a few more F1=x P(n)=y data points before i can perfect the formula.
