I love this idea, but this should actually be part of the Summoning skill. I believe you should be able to "mount" your own summon. (Certain ones.) Also, there should be no time limit and raise the price. Maybe 10k for unlimited time. If you can mount your summon, you also have the benefit of it's abilities.
