Hi, first post on these forums :-D I don't see how PK'ing will be much more or less profitable than it was back in the day. Remember, this time around you actually get cash for non-tradeable items, which will help a bit. Even if people stop using said items, there'll be better profit. Rune plate instead of torso is an extra 70k or so, which at least helps to cover the costs of pots/sharks. I agree that the current status of PK'ing is probably more profitable for a lot of people. I've only just started playing again so I've not got much experience, but back on my main I only ever got 1 kill, and got an ancient statuette. Still, people are risking more now and drags at least should still be good. I don't see why edge shouldn't be profitable either.
