Busy tonight but I've been wanting to do Monk's Friend. Woodcut xps will be nice. I wish it gave prayer though

Not sure what my next skill will be.. probably cooking because I'm lazy, and its already level 39. Saving Woodcutting until I have a decent axe, so might try fishing + cooking. Some time soon I want to get Agility done though. hmm..

Going for 40+ all stats.. slowly.. I don't know if rsc blogs are allowed. Whatever. Why not
At the start of this blog I had total level 468. My only 40 stat was Attack. I am also an avid quester and will be attempting to complete most of the quests in RSC (Buying Black arm partner for Hero's). My bank is super messy, so I don't expect to post pictures of that. However, kind souls have donated/I got at drop parties Rune Full helm, Rune platelegs, 7 Rune 2h's (lol) 2 Strength amulets 1 Power amulet (traded my accuracy for it + 5k) and 86K coins. Not too bad I suppose.

I started this about a year ago, but the level 146 Black Knight Titan killed me and I gave up. Anyways, this quest gave me 49 to 51 Qp, 28 to 33 Prayer (yay!) and 32 to 36 Defence. Dragon slayer should give me 40+ defence now.
No more wolves to deal with. Also, gained fame and fortune among fishers of Hemenster, and recognition of the dwarfs of asgarnia. Moving on up that social ladder.
Monk's friend. Meh
Can start crafting flax now. Bit pissed about guard collecting the evidence. Was a cool necklace I lost.
It's been awhile since I did a quest, got sidetracked.
Next quests: Sea slug and jungle potion most likely. Will get me over 40 fishing unfortunately. Oh well I'll get over it I got over it

First thieving level in awhile. Thieving was the first skill I trained to 30+, because I needed the money from it =p
Not my favourite skill, although I'm going to make 10K from getting level 40.

33 Fishing! Fishing is pretty fast/easy. Only problem is lack of feathers. I'm looking at you, chickens!
34 Fishing! I have 120 feathers left. When I go to restock, I'll take the opportunity to range the champions guild chickens for range levels. I'll stop when I get 400 feathers, as I think that's all I'll need. I'm running low on feathers because a nice person (name.. edit in name later.. Fish something) bought 1k feathers from me for 19k gp! Wow!
Pretty fast levelling. I like fishing.

Fast, kind of dull though. 25 xp/chop, 40 xp/burn, so should take around 900 burns to 40. Can't burn any logs but normal. (?)

I was actually wrong about the exp, its 25 + (level)(1.75). So instead of 40 xp, like 85 :).
Firemaking is pretty fast. Kind of like fishing. I don't mind it

Flax is a pain in the ass to pick. I salvaged my ahk mining, though, and it works mostly. Flax has a VERY tiny clickable area.

Decided to start smithing so I wouldn't have excess coal/iron. Preferably, I'd get 40 in all stats without having to raise any further, but I don't think that will be possible with Mining+smithing. We'll see.
More smithing. Got about 55% return on iron ores to bars, which is good I suppose. Short sample size though.
Ran out of bars, started proper smithing now.
Tried to smith a newb who was there full armour, but when I finished he was gone :(

I wouldn't mind a quest or something letting me bind a familiar or a toolkit. Just something small that doesn't make a huge difference, but would be nice. I agree with others though that I'd prefer buyable dungeoneering rewards from quests rather than in-dungeon items or abilities.

I had 8 in the bank shortly after the skill release; a friend had 90something of them (lol). He had his taken from the bank several months before mine were destroyed though. I don't think there are any ways to get a second one unfortunately.

Do you use clan chats for things like penguin spotting/Familiarisation/whatever? Just wondering the extent of your DIYness. Awesome progress so far :thumbup:.

87 Magic. 92 Summoning (almost, 10k experience to 92). Wolpertingers. Yay.
Thinking about possibly bursting/barraging/whatevering rock lobsters, to get
a. Summoning charms. I like summoning.
b. Higher magic level to possibly bind a good staff in dungeoneering (level 100)
Anyways, some questions I have regarding maging rock lobsters if someone could answer:
1. If I use Magic Focus to have 94/87 magic, would I not have the 21% damage bonus for boosting your magic level above your base? Or do I need to boost above the base level of the spell?
2. Will Celestial Surgebox work with spells you don't charge into it? I.E. Ice barrage, if I simply hold the csb will I still get the bonus hits?
3. If that does work, does the surgebox extra hit only apply to one monster, or all nine?
4. Does the arcane stream necklace/chaotic staff spell damage bonuses apply to every hit, or just that of the target monster?
5. And finally, if I went to Rock lobsters, should I wear Ahrims or battle robes, and chaotic staff or staff of light? I have Chaotic staff already and can afford all the robe/staff options.
Thanks to whoever answers, I appreciate it. I couldn't find any of those answers anywhere else yet.

3rd age druidic staff would probably be good, although unreasonably expensive.

Just got 100 dung so time to start thinking about a third bind.
My relevant stats;
86 attack
88 str
87 def
87 mage I think
86 range
90 hp
74 rc
I key, but I don't think I do enough for a plate and I would prefer a dps bind. Any suggestions? 90 Attack and defence are long term goals of mine. I currently have gorgonite 2h and gorgonite gauntlets (I just got 100 about an hour ago), are these the best binds for me except for a blood necklace?

You get a full special bar every 2 minutes - a wolpertinger scroll uses 1/3rd of a special bar. You can use 90 scrolls per minute. hour.

Does the extra hit of the Celestial surgebox count to only the original target, if using multicombat ancients?
